Late night thought digestion:
I've always questioned why we need to know sadness to know happiness, hate to love, pain to joy etc. Then tonight, it dawned on me that we live in a world of opposites. The joy in our world is the one that allows us to learn and experience.
Imagine if we lived in a world of absolute, life would be conceptual and just knowing, without ever experiencing what it is like to feel something. We would know happiness, love, joy, peace but would never know know it. It takes one to know the other.
Do you get my drift? The world of opposites allows the joy of experience and when we master it, comes the joy of being.
Ok, end of thought. Not trying to be chim or deep. Sleep, my forlorn child.
